My advice carries no risk for you: the broker fee is due only if the loan is approved and you sign at the notary. If you do not complete, you owe me nothing. The amount is confirmed to you in writing before we start, together with every cost charged by the bank.

The 35 days are the average measured across the cases our offices have closed, from the first consultation to signing. Approval remains the bank's decision: timings vary with the lender and with how complete your paperwork is.
